We currently (Fall 2016) have 29 ram lambs and we usually wait until they weigh about 110 pounds live, before offering them for sale.
We sell whole lambs and can usually match customers together who want to buy a half. We have a butcher in south Marion County that we prefer to deal with. For lamb customers we deliver the lambs to the butcher then they can pick up the meat when it is ready.

( Note- Lamb will be ready to pick up from the butcher or farm anywhere from 7-14 days from the day it is dropped off at the butcher. We will keep you informed of your delivery dates after dropping your order off.)
