Lamb - Prices shown include the butching cost

Once order is placed, we will let you know when to pick up from the butcher.  If picking up from the farm, we will let you know the date we will be picking up from the butcher. 
  • Half  - Approx 18 lbs of meat     
             $175 - Let us know what cuts you want.  See below for choices
  • Whole - Approx 38 lbs of meat  
              $325- Let us know what cuts you want.  See below for choices

Note-  An upfront deposit will be required to reserve your order. Split half $25, Half $50 and
          Whole $100.  So when you pay the final amount, it is subtracted from the prices listed above. 
           If you decide you do not want the order, then the deposit will not be refunded.

WE NOW CAN TAKE CREDIT CARDS AS WE HAVE THE SQUARE.  WE HAVE NO WAY OF DOING IT ONLINE YET THOUGH, BUT CAN TAKE OVER THE PHONE OR IN PERSON.

We will need full payment before you can pick up your lamb at the butcher.

    Custom Cuts of Lamb


      Half or Whole Lamb-  Your choice of the following:
    • Leg of Lamb, bone in steaks or leg cut in half.
    • Shanks or stew meat
    • rack of lamb or chops
    • stew meat 
    • shoulder roast
    • ribs
    Note- Because of the small amount of meat, the butcher can no longer offer ground lamb, unless you grind the entire lamb down.  We do have ground lamb in USDA packets that are approximately 1lb.

      ***Let us know if you want the bones, heart, kidneys or liver saved***

      Broiler Chicken
      •   Must pre order. $4/lb.  Average weight is 3-5 lbs.  Next batch due in Nov 5, 2016
      Eggs
      • $4.00/dozen
